At Optime, we value personal connections just as much as work. Our interest groups allow us to enjoy hobbies together, and grow tighter bonds. We also have several yearly get-togethers, like a summer and a Christmas party, and we attend The Blues Festival, both on a professional level during the day, and on a more festive level, with colleagues.

Optime Challenge

The idea of Optime Challenge started when Jan Fredrik Carlsen, CEO at Optime Subsea, had a wake-up call, after falling ill, and had to change his lifestyle. The idea resulted in The movement Optime Challenge, a collaboration between Optime Subsea, Telen and Myworkout, and 75 businesses from Notodden participating in the challenge, with the goal of achieving lasting positive changes in public health and a better quality of life amongst the people in Notodden.
